1.Production introduction:

ZKLF bearing is a bearing unit composed of an integral outer ring, a group of sectile inner rings, steel balls, cage assemblies and sealing. ZKLF bearing features compact structure, small size and high rotating accuracy, enduring force in two directions and bearing certain axial load while holding very high radial load, and multiple structure styles, broad adaptability and easy installation. ZKLF bearing is widely used in combination lathe or the spiral-rod drive in machining center.

Dimensinal tolerance and geometrical accuracy is based on GB/T307 P4.

Matched steel ball precision is calss III (ISO GB/T308)

4. Materials:

Material for needle roller is GCr15 bearing steel, quench-hardening HRC60-65.

Material for inner and outer rings is GCr15 beearing steel, quench-hardening HRC60-65.

Material for cages is reinforceed nylon.
