The results show that the salt bath heating is faster and better than the ordinary air medium furnace, the decarburization and oxidation loss is smaller, and the heat treatment deformation is smaller because the workpiece is heated in the hanging state.

GCr15 is a kind of high carbon chromium bearing steel with low alloy content. After quenching and low temperature tempering, it has high hardness, uniform structure, good wear resistance and high contact fatigue property.
