1.Product Introduction:

The TA Bearing is a open-end drawn cup needle roller bearings with retainer. The outer ring ofit is punched with premium steel sheet, which has thin wall. It has the characteristics of small radial section area, large load carrying capacity, less inertia, impact resistance, long using life, high accuracy and low costs. In addition, we provide all kinds of TA bearings listed in the following catalogue, including standard size, non-standard metric size and the bearings with special requirements such as oil hole in outer ring, double-row needles, nylon retainer, inner ring, seal ring etc.

Besides, it is sealed with a seal ring to protect the bearing from debris intrusion and grease leakage under normal operating conditions. Therefore, it can be operated for a long time in the range of -20 ℃ -120 ℃. The TA Bearing is widely applied in transmissions for automobiles, tillers, machine tools, etc.

3.Inspection of Bearings:

Press the drawn cup roller clutch into the ring gauge, then inspect with gauge. The wall thickness should over 20mm.

4.Installation

The drawn cup roller clutch is fitted in the housing bore with our axial orientation. The roller clutch’s tolerance is determined by the accuracy of the housing bore. The surface roughness must be less than RA0.8.

The inscribed circle’s diameter of roller clutch is same as series HK’s. The grinding operation shaft’s hardness should be controlled HV670-840.

Working temperature range of roller clutches with steel springs is between -30℃ and+120℃, whereas roller clutches with plastic springs’ temperature is between -10℃ and +70℃.
